At BARK, we want every pup to be runway-ready, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn fashion items and accessories. If your dog's new outfit doesn't fit or suit their style, we'll help you find the perfect replacement to keep their tail wagging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original BARK packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a tracking notification for your return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
